The Tithe Barn is a charming barn-conversion settled on the outskirts of South Molton in the Devon countryside. Seamlessly blended with countryside and contemporary décor with light and airy rooms and a woodburning stove, this holiday home is perfect for families and friends. This pet-friendly property offers ample off-road parking and slate steps leading down inside the property. The kitchen/diner features shaker-style cupboards and all the amenities you need to prepare heart-warming meals, which can be enjoyed together at the dining table. Walking through the property, the spacious sitting room offers three plush sofas and a Glass Sky TV to unwind after a day of exploring. On balmy evenings, French doors lead out to the lovely garden area; here you can savour a glass of wine on the corner suite as your pets stretch their legs. As the evening winds to a close, retire inside and locate the bathroom for a soothing soak in the tub or a rinse under the shower. The ground-floor hosts two bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x king size) whilst the first floor is home to a king-size with an en-suite and a twin bedroom with an en-suite. All bedrooms are presented in neutral tones and offer matching furniture to house your belongings. South Molton is a historic market town in the heart of Devon, surrounded by beautiful countryside. South Molton, North Devon, is renowned as The Gateway to Exmoor and has a market twice a week. Its location near coastal and inland beauty sites will please all visitors. There is superb walking on the South West Coast Path and the North Devon beaches are varied and interesting. Visit Watersmeet Gorge, Valley of the Rocks, and the cliff train.
