The Sheep Pen is a beautifully finished barn conversion, filled with rustic country charm and quirky design features.
Inside, the property has a warm and cosy living and dining area with a fantastic feature wall, the perfect space to enjoy an evening with your feet up, reading a good book or watching TV. Two steps up take you to the compact but well equipped kitchen, which also steps out into the courtyard.
Outside, the property has a truly beautiful courtyard area, filled with stunning flowers and furnished with a table and chairs, this is a wonderful spot to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunshine.
You will also have the use of a beautiful acre-wide wild garden. You can stroll through the farmyard and orchard, and there is even space if you want to have a barbeque or spend a night camping. A dog sitting service provided by the owner is available upon request during your stay. Please contact the owner for cost and schedules.
The Sheep Pen is set within a wonderful working farm which you are welcome to explore, and is especially lovely at Easter time when lambing takes place. The beautiful surrounding countryside is great for walkers and cyclists alike, and if you are looking to explore further afield, gorgeous sandy beaches and Dartmoor National Park are both just a 30 minute drive away.
