Here you can join the Coast Path for a spectacular cliff top walk to the lighthouse at Start Point and the excellent pub and fish and chips café at Beesands. For smart boutiques and nautical style, catch the ferry from East Portlemouth to fashionable Salcombe with its smart yachts. Kingsbridge is another good shopping town, more down to earth but with plenty to explore and enjoy. Primrose Plat is a charming and simple place for being happy and experiencing an amazing landscape and coast.
