The Salcombe estuary, with its golden sandy beaches is just a short drive away and from here you can catch the passenger ferry across to Salcombe. This lively town has plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops and you can also hire boats or participate in the many water sports that are on offer. The adjacent dining table seats eight comfortably. All the bedrooms have been remodelled and are heated with hot-water skirting boards. Bedroom 1and 4: King size bed that can be separated into two singles. Bedrooms 2 and 3: two 3ft singles beds which can be linked to form double. Family bathroom with a bath with shower over, hand basin and WC. Shower room (conveniently located between beds 3 and 4) includes a shower, hand basin and WC, again tiled with under-floor heating.
