The building is steeped in history and has charming features that perfectly compliment the modern apartment.
The property is in the main town centre and is only a few yards away from Marks and Spencer Food Hall, some of the towns main Pubs and less than a five minute walk from the River Dart with the River Boats.

A lovely spacious apartment ideally situated for central Dartmouth.. Relaxing and comfortable lounge. It was very well-presented and clean. The Parking Permit was very welcome and car park was literally across the road.
