Enjoying a stunning location within the South Hams area of South Devon and resting on the banks of the River Dart, 25 Lake Street is a fabulous base for couples or a family of four planning their next escape to Devon. Be welcomed into the open-plan living space, where you can look forward to impressing your guests with delicious meals, cooked up in the well-equipped kitchen. Tuck-in to a delicious meal at the dining table for four, as the wine is poured, and plans are made for the days ahead. After a hearty meal, retire to the L-shaped sofa where you can kick-back and relax in front of a much-loved film on the Smart TV, as the woodburning stove crackles nearby. Completing the ground-floor is a handy cupboard under the stairs which houses a washer/dryer, perfect for keeping your holiday wardrobe fresh. Climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find a delightful seating area, ideal for snuggling up with a good book. There was also evidence of either roof leaks or water ingress from somewhere. However, I would consider staying there again as it's a nice place and great location

(Although the stairs in the house are pretty steep!) Really well equipped (was just missing a little freezer for me). Lovely comfortable sofa and beds. The upstairs balcony is a great touch for a sunny morning. Iâd be happy to come back myself or recommend for friends or family for a stay in beautiful Dartmouth.

Excellent beds, great shower, well equipped kitchen (though a bit more cutlery would have been good) and comfy sofa in lounge. We had a lovely stay. We weeded around the front of the house just to make the entrance more appealing but otherwise a fantastic stay in Dartmouth.
