The stairs are off the kitchen leading to the 2 double bedrooms and family bathroom with a large walk in shower. The back door opens onto a sunny terrace - with a separate gate and arbour seat to relax with a drink to chat over the days adventures.

Local attractions include the Dartmouth Lower Ferry across to Kingswear where you can catch the Dartmouth Steam Train to Paignton. Catch the ferry to Totnes or the iconic Paddle Steamer Kingswear Castle, Britain's last steam powered paddle boat.
