Guests say

The Little White House in Dartmouth is highly praised for its excellent location, cleanliness, and comfort. Guests appreciate the property's proximity to the town, the ease of booking, and the efficient service. The cottage's charm, modern amenities, and thoughtful touches, such as a welcome Cream Tea, contribute to a delightful stay. While there are minor issues mentioned, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Reviews consistently mention that the cottage is spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The provision of cleaning products is also noted, although guests tend to bring their own.

The location is frequently highlighted as a major positive, being central, quiet, and close to shops, pubs, and the harbour. The inclusion of a parking permit is also appreciated.

Guests find the beds extremely comfortable and the cottage cosy, with a large bathroom and well-maintained outdoor seating area. However, a few guests noted the double bed's duvets were thin and one bed was not overly comfy.

The property is well-equipped with modern facilities and a kitchen that has more equipment than some guests have at home. Some minor maintenance issues like light bulbs not working were mentioned.

While guests mention thoughtful touches like a welcome Cream Tea, there is not enough information to determine if such gestures are consistent across all stays. Therefore, it is politely noted that such gifts are not guaranteed.

Fantastic cottage in great location in beautiful Dartmouth. We had no problem finding spaces to park in the Mayor's Avenue Car Park.

Lovely house in the centre of Dartmouth. Well equipped kitchen so cooking was easy.

It is difficult to write a review for this property. It is in a perfect location but there are a few things that spoiled our stay. The thin single duvets on the double bed were a problem and several lights had bulbs that didn’t work. The bathroom had only a small amount of toilet paper and half empty bottle of bubble bath was left. All in all we had a lovely week and it is clearly a much loved cottage but we were disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. Sadly despite the perfect location, we would not say again.
