While some guests mention minor issues with maintenance and noise, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with the property's proximity to the town centre and amenities being a highlight.
The property is consistently described as very clean, with guests expressing satisfaction with the level of cleanliness upon arrival. One isolated incident of housekeeping not being completed on time was reported, but this appears to be an exception rather than the norm.
The location is highly praised for being central, quiet, and close to the harbour and shops. The convenience of nearby parking and the property's proximity to town amenities contribute to the high score.
Overall, guests find the property comfortable, with cosy furnishings and a warm atmosphere. Some guests, however, have mentioned issues with beds and steep stairs, which suggests room for improvement in this category.
The property is well-furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as lighting, shower fixtures, and a noisy macerator. These issues indicate that while the facilities are generally good, there is a need for attention to maintenance.
There are no specific mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the property owners. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.
