Cormorant is a well-presented and contemporary three-storey cottage situated in the picturesque South Hams countryside, near to the popular historic town of Dartmouth. Set in the grounds of Dartmouth Golf and Country Club, guests are spoilt by a host of on-site activities, including a swimming pool, spa, tennis court and two golf courses. Set in 225 acres of rolling South Hams countryside, the 18 hole Championship Course makes clever use of undulating terrain and water features. The 9 hole, par 33 Dartmouth Course is built to the same exacting standards as its bigger sister and provides a challenge for golfers of all abilities.
The cottage is stylishly presented and tastefully furnished throughout. Guests can fully relax in comfort and enjoy the bright, open plan reception room with fully integrated kitchen. In warmer months, throw open the double doors to the spacious front patio with views towards the local countryside or relax in the back garden whilst cooking on the bbq and eating alfresco. If there is a chill in the air, appreciate home cooking in the fully-fitted kitchen, fire up the log burner and get cosy on the sofas with a movie on the Smart TV. If a meal out is more desirable, guests needn’t go far as there is a restaurant at the nearby hotel and clubhouse or many good local pubs and restaurants just a short drive away.
Designed with the guest in mind, all bedrooms are a good size and feature contemporary ensuite bath or shower rooms, wall-mounted TVs, hairdryers, built-in wardrobes and two of the bedrooms have doors leading to private balconies. All of this, along with the grounds, facilities and general space on offer make Cormorant the perfect choice for a group of golfers, a family or indeed a couple to escape to.

Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft single beds, built-in wardrobe, wall-mounted TV and door to ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, WC, basin and towel rail.

Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft single beds, built-in wardrobe, wall-mounted TV, door leading to balcony with table and chairs and door to ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, WC, basin and towel rail.
Outside
There is a tiled patio area at the front of the property with table and chairs and access to the communal lawn. Lawned garden to the rear with tiled patio and bbq area with bench seating. Good sized balconies from bedroom 1 and 3 with table and chairs for 2 on both.
Parking
There is a designated parking space close to the property. Additional visitor parking is also available.
