The apartments are situated on the river embankment, a pleasant and relaxing promenade to stroll along to admire the sights of the busy estuary or to select from the many boat trips that depart from the water’s edge. Dartmouth brims with an array of bistros, restaurants, boutiques and specialist shops that line its narrow streets with long flights of winding steps and intriguing medieval buildings. The apartments are within an easy level walk of the town centre.
Apartment 6, located on the second floor (with lift), enjoys an open plan living space with side views towards the River Dart and the Royal Naval College, a bathroom and a comfortable bedroom. The added bonus of an allocated parking space makes this the perfect bolthole for a couple to escape to at any time of the year!

Entrance hall with phone entry system. Open plan living room. Kitchen area with electric hob, fridge with ice box, built in eye level electric oven and microwave and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. Lounge area with 2 sofas, Smart TV with Freeview, windows enjoy side views towards the River Dart and embankment. Bathroom with WC, sink, heated towel rail and bath with shower over. Bedroom with 4ft 6 double bed.
Outside
There is no outside space, however the Royal Avenue Gardens are just 100 metres from the apartment.
Parking
Allocated parking space for one narrow car (car parking space is 2.19m wide). Car parking space located to the rear of Lee Court - approx. 55 metres to the communal entrance lobby (11 steps up from street level to lobby and the lift).

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests are required to provide their own beach towels). Water, Electricity, thermostatically controlled electric heating, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.
Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi available free of charge. No landline telephone available however mobile reception is good.
Shops, pubs, restaurants and the river embankment are all just a minute’s stroll away. Marks and Spencer’s “Simply Food”, Mayors Avenue Garden and Coronation Park are only 100 metres away. There are also two larger supermarkets (Sainsburys and Lidl) on the outskirts of Dartmouth.
