Lots of good pubs, shops and restaurants nearby, We had a couple of maintenance issues which were sorted out the same day by the company while we were out of the house, so that was great. It's a very homely property, very welcoming. The only things I would suggest for improvement are a) none of the windows at the front of the house open and b) the terrace could do with a bit of tlc.

Also some pint glasses wouldn't go a miss and maybe a bit of a tidy up on the little patio at the back. Also the bedroom window at the front you can't open so got very warm.

This home had you needed for a pleasant stay. Being on three floors it was quite spacious. Loved sitting outside on the terrace for breakfast watching the boats and the steam train across the river at Kingswear. We left some playing cards for the property as we love a game of cards and that was the only thing that was missing! Lots of lovely local restaurants on your doorstep and picturesque places to walk too. I would definitely recommend as this was in such a great location and I wouldnât hesitate to book again if we came back to the area.
