Spacious open plan living area has a large sofa and two matching armchairs, 43" Smart TV, and DVD player with USB access for guests to bring their own movies. Making this room light and bright, doors open to a Juliet balcony with views over rooftops towards the countryside, and with a river 'glimpse' of the River Dart. The dining area has an oak table seating five. There is a well equipped kitchen with fitted units and range of appliances.

It was a lovely apartment with everything you needed. It was very clean and comfortable. It was in the centre with M&S food hall round the corner which was so convenient. The shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants were all really close by and easy to walk to. Loved our stay in Dartmouth and Bakers Dozen, will definitely stay again.
