Baker’s Dozen, 13 Dartmouth House, is a second floor flat which opens into an entrance hallway with access to all rooms, including a large open plan kitchen, living and dining room.
Spacious open plan living area has a large sofa and two matching armchairs, 43" Smart TV, and DVD player with USB access for guests to bring their own movies. Making this room light and bright, doors open to a Juliet balcony with views over rooftops towards the countryside, and with a river 'glimpse' of the River Dart. The dining area has an oak table seating five. There is a well equipped kitchen with fitted units and range of appliances.
The en suite double room has an oak framed super-King size bed (6'), a fitted wardrobe and bucket chair. The adjoining fully tiled en suite has a shower and w.c. The second bedroom is a twin room, with two sprung based single beds. In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with laminate flooring, shower above bath, plus w.c. We love this property for it's excellent location, secure parking and how wonderfully well equipped and clean it always is. The main bathroom has had an overbath shower fitted which is a great addition. Would highly recommend this property. We are looking forward to our winter visit!
