Guests say

Ferryside is a well-appointed, comfortable, and tastefully decorated property in Dartmouth, praised for its prime location and cleanliness. Guests enjoyed the proximity to local attractions, including the steam train and ferry. The property's layout, modern amenities, and thoughtful touches were appreciated, although parking was noted as a minor inconvenience.

Guests consistently noted the property as 'immaculately clean' and 'incredibly clean', indicating a very high standard of cleanliness throughout their stay.

The location is highly praised for being central, with easy access to the steam train, ferries, and local attractions. The convenience of the location is a recurring theme in the reviews.

The property is described as comfortable, with special mentions of 'super comfy mattresses and bedding'. However, one review mentioned the need to manage heat levels, slightly impacting the score.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and modern amenities. However, there were minor concerns about shower leakage and the need for secure ventilation, which suggests room for improvement in maintenance.

While the reviews reflect a positive experience with the property's offerings and attention to detail, there is no mention of gifts or additional thoughtful gestures that would warrant a score in this category.

Very comfortable beds, the best shower i have had in ages, kitchen very well equipped, lounge area very comfortable. The apartment is in a prime location for the ferry to Dartmouth, stream train to Paignton and a couple of great pubs near by. With parking right opposite 4 day's for £32.

Immaculately clean throughout and every kitchen utensil provided you could think of. Perfectly positioned and although no parking this wasn’t an issue with the reasonably price car park opposite. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Recently (2022) converted to a very high quality, the owners have supplied everything that one could possibly need. More kitchen utensils than we have at home and sometimes better quality!
