Just a stone's throw away from a wide range of local amenities, Dartmouth harbour, and popular landmarks, Gull Cottage is the ideal base for a family or group break to the Devonshire countryside, accommodating four guests. There are beautiful flowers and planters lining the pathway leading you to the charming exterior of the property, inviting you into the open-plan living space; be wowed by a bright, vibrant and stylish social hub, where you can fulfil your culinary needs, dine as a group and gather for a film night around the Smart TV. Step outside to the enclosed private courtyard to enjoy your morning coffee, or even a glass of wine before exploring the next two floors of the cottage. Heading up the first staircase, you will arrive at a spacious double bedroom, immaculately furnished with homely accessories, where you can catch up on TV, read one of many books on offer or play a board game, or refresh in the en-suite shower room. A main shower room will also be accessible on the first-floor, followed by a second-floor twin bedroom, also continuing a welcoming environment, perfect for a late-night film in bed, or a gaze across the rooftops. Nearby, you will find a wide range of cafes, art galleries, shops, and boutique eateries to delve into, all set on the breath-taking waterfront; The Seahorse Restaurant and Bushell's Riverside are popular restaurants to visit. Dartmouth is one of Devon's most popular tourist sites, situated within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the shore. It has a beautiful shoreline, ancient small streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants, and art galleries, as well as a variety of local events such as the yearly Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, as well as the Dartmouth Food Festival in October. The South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail, and numerous quiet rural lanes are among the many attractive cycling and walking paths in and near Dartmouth.
