Guests say

Guests have had a positive experience at 41 Dart Marina, praising its cleanliness, comfortable furnishings, and convenient location. The property is well-equipped and offers lovely views, with some guests appreciating the welcome pack. While there are minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvements, the overall sentiment is that the property provides a pleasant stay and many would return.

The property consistently receives high praise for its cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning it was 'spotless' upon arrival. This indicates a high standard of cleanliness maintained at the property.

The location is highly regarded for its proximity to Dartmouth town, ease of access to local attractions, and the bonus of a private parking space. The scenic views and the ability to walk into town are frequently appreciated.

Comfort is well-received with mentions of comfortable beds and a spacious living area. Some guests noted the property can be warm and suggested lighter duvets, but overall, the comfort level is rated highly.

Facilities are generally good, with a well-equipped apartment and appreciated extras like a lift and parking. However, there are comments about specific maintenance issues such as the hob, toilet flush, and dishwasher, which slightly lower the score.

While guests have mentioned a welcome pack, there is not enough consistent detail across the reviews to accurately score the thoughtfulness of the property in terms of gifts or special touches. Therefore, this score is set to null.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. It felt like our home for the week. A great base for enjoying the area without needing to take the car out every day. It was somewhere nice to come back to and relax as part of the whole holiday experience. Thank you.

That's not to say it couldn't be improved upon. for instance, I couldn't find any oven gloves (we managed), and the shower could be better. Although we didn't use the supplied fans, given that the apartment is warm, the option of lightweight summer duvets would have helped. But, all in all, we'd happily stay there again.

Lovely well equipped apartment we felt very comfortable there. We didn’t want to come home! We were very lucky with the weather had some nice sunshine apart from Thursday when the rain didn’t stop. We really enjoyed sitting on the lawned area in front of the Dart Hotel and enjoying a G&T in the late afternoon from the pop up bar. We would love to come back and stay again.
