Sitting area with a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, coffee table and smart TV.

Dining area with table and chairs to seat 6.

There is no outdoor space at this property, however Dartmouth has a couple of nice parkland areas.

There is a private parking space for one vehicle to the rear of the property.
