The location is great both for the stunning views and the walking distance to all of Dartmouth's lifestyle facilities. The owners take good care of the property and of details that would make your staying more comfortable such us blankets, DVDs, games, good WiFi. The garage is a bonus although you need to be good at manoeuvring the car in a very narrow area. Indeed I would not advise this property to anyone with limited mobility given the numerous uneven and slippery (if wet) steps to access the property. More steps indoor. The kitchen is well fitted and with good quality appliances. It was disappointing that it lacked all the basics you would expect to find such us salt, pepper, foil, kitchen roll etc. It was not very clean too, greasy stove knobs and oven, crumbs on the table, hair in the shower, stained bed sheets and pillow cases. The blankets in the basket need refreshing. Overall it was a very good staying and we will return. Tony & Vittoria

The beds were very comfortable. We found the property clean and tidy on arrival. It is to be noted as a self catering property visitors need to provide toilet roll, kitchen roll and all basic kitchen needs for example cooking oil, salt / pepper. Kitchen had plenty of crockery / pans etc. A larger outside bin would be helpful given the size of the property. Small steps to seating area outside could do with plants being cut back slightly to provide better access. Great stock of DVDs and games if the weather isnât so great. Outside steps to property do prove a challenge, especially with cases, but this is listed in the description. We did note that there is an access path via another property through the garden and the other guests regularly left the gate open, which wasnât a problem for us, but if u had a dog you may wish to double check this was secure.

Fantastic views and a lovely property. Minor issues - the bedroom downstairs is a bit damp. The outside both up and down spoil the otherwise lovely property a bit. Couple of hours clearing round the upper garden particularly would make it so much nicer.
