The Nest in Dartmouth is praised for its cleanliness, modern decoration, and central location with lovely views. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds and the property's proximity to shops, restaurants, and the harbour. Some concerns are raised about the steep access and parking limitations, but the overall experience is positive, with many guests willing to return.
Guests consistently note the property as 'very clean', 'well maintained', and 'immaculately presented', indicating high standards of cleanliness.
The central location is highly praised for its convenience to the town, harbour, shops, and restaurants. However, parking challenges slightly affect the score.
The comfort of the beds is frequently complimented, and the property is described as cosy and quiet. Some guests suggest improvements in seating comfort.
The property is well-received for its aesthetic decor and essential amenities. However, comments about missing washing machine tablets, light bulbs, and kitchenware indicate room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.
While guests mention 'lovely little touches', there is no specific reference to gifts, and therefore it is not possible to assess thoughtfulness in this context.

The ad did mention third floor accommodation but the 49 steps to get there would be testing for most. Parking in Dartmouth is very difficult if you want to leave your car for a couple of days without use. There is nowhere that offers 24 hour parking!

Everything else was brilliant, the bed was really comfortable and we had a fab nights sleep.

Had to park in park & ride which wasnât very convenient. There were two light bulbs not working (one in kitchen & one in bedroom) plus only one teaspoon provided & no tall drinking glasses.
