Located just outside of Dittisham, Pheasant Treehouse is a unique quirky escape in the Devon countryside for couples or family holidays. A private deck with its wood-fired hot tub, hammock and dining area along with a king-size bed and power shower inside gives guests a real feel of luxury.

As you enter the beautiful treehouse, you'll find a cosy but spacious open-plan living area, all with underfloor heating and wifi. The kitchen at one end is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob along with a fridge, Nespresso coffee maker and microwave. There is a dining table and chairs for those chillier evenings when eating alfresco might not take your fancy. If you wish to relax why not cosy up by the wood burning stove with a good book or watch a movie on the Smart TV. Tucked behind the sofa is the king-size bed fitted with sumptuous cotton bed linen. There is a triple bunk room, perfect for children, with a step ladder to reach the middle and top bunks. Two bathrooms both boast a power shower, WC and basin, with towels provided.

Outside, on the private decking you are treated to a wood-fired hot tub, dining area with a parasol and barbecue, hammock, outdoor chess and a table of football. An EV charger and a dog/boot wash area are situated in the car park.

To help you settle in, a welcome hamper is provided which includes tea, coffee, bread, butter, and jam. Also included, the complimentary bottle of wine is perfect for enjoying on a warm sunny afternoon or a cosy winter evening spent by the fire.

Additional Information

Children are welcome for an additional charge of £20 per child per night. This needs to be added on as an extra when booking.

Two small well behaved dogs welcome. There is an additional £50 charge per dog, with bowls and some treats provided.

One basket of logs provided with more available to purchase.

Electric wheelbarrows provided for transporting luggage.

Fully equipped kitchen

Fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, sink and Nespresso coffee maker. Pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided.

Dining table and chairs to seat four.

Living area

Sofa, chair, wood burning stove, coffee table, Smart TV, board games and books, wifi. Initial logs supplied, extras can be purchased.

Bedrooms

King-size bed with quality mattress and Egyptian cotton linen in the main living space.

Triple bunk bed with ladder in a separate bedroom. Single mattresses are full 3'x6'3", but bunks have limited headspace.

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms, each with a power shower, WC and basin. Towels and essential toiletries provided.

Outside

There is deck space outside the treehouse with a traditional cedar wood-fired hot tub, hammock, outdoor chess set, sun loungers, barbecue, table and chairs with parasol, sun loungers and outdoor table football.
