Lazy summer days can be spent on the white sands of the beautiful estuary beaches of Mill Bay and Sunny Cove or relaxing on the sunny terraces or gardens.

Outside:

Gated entrance into gravelled courtyard in front of the property that opens out to the gardens at the rear. A side gate leads to the rear, paved courtyard with heavy timber table and benches, ideal for alfresco dining and table tennis table. Grass walkways open out to lawns with shrubs, a pond and extend on to a huge meadow in all three acres with wonderful country views. Small barbecue.
