The settlement was originally used by smugglers, but it is now a fishing community where crabs and lobsters are still landed. We had some decent weather, which was a little unexpected, so we really appreciated the outdoor spaces. The property was very well maintained, with all the features and facilities we could wish for. The only slight niggles were: The banister only went halfway along the stairs The bed was too soft for me (bad back) but that is purely a personal preference Thanks for a great break in Hope Cove

Had everything you need. Beds comfy, shower with plenty of hot water. Even an airfryer! Would definitely recommend this place

The accomodation was comfortable and ideal for two. We did struggle with the hot water controls, as the boost mechanism worked randomly and was needed for a hot bath in the evening, after a long day walking.
