Guests adore the property for its stunning views, excellent location, and well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. The comfort of the beds and the additional beach equipment are appreciated, as is the outdoor pool. Regular visitors highlight the property's consistent appeal, though some cleanliness issues and maintenance niggles are noted.
While the property has received praise for its tidiness, several reviews mention cleanliness issues such as dirty kitchen items, moths, and mould. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than a consistent problem, suggesting a generally good but occasionally inconsistent standard of cleanliness.
The location is consistently lauded for its proximity to the beach, stunning views, and accessibility to local attractions. Guests find the setting ideal for a variety of activities, making it a highly desirable aspect of the property.
The property is frequently described as comfortable and relaxing, with well-received beds and furnishings. Some guests suggest improvements such as firmer pillows and accessibility features in the shower, but overall, the comfort level is high.
Facilities like the well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and pool are praised, but some guests report maintenance issues such as broken fridge shelves and a lack of recycling facilities. The presence of games and beach equipment is a plus, indicating good facilities with room for improvement.
There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches left specifically for the guests, so it is not possible to provide a score for thoughtfulness. However, the provision of beach equipment and games indicates consideration for guests' needs.

The apartment was lovely, as usual, and we were very lucky to have fantastic weather which meant we could make the most of the beach and the swimming pool. The new carpets in the bedrooms are very nice and it is convenient to have towels provided now. We did have some issues (some of which others have mentioned too): The washing machine had A LOT of black mould in it. The powder drawer and slot it fits into were covered in mould, as was the seal. It took me a very long time to clean it up before the machine could be used. I realise this is partly due to the flat being unoccupied at times but, perhaps the owners could leave a note to remind people to leave the drawer and door open? The fitted sheet for the double bed was too small and kept coming off. The trays in the oven were all very dirty with bits of food on them -we had to clean them all. The oven gloves were so dirty that I had to soak them before washing them. I realise that some of the issues are due to people not cleaning up after themselves, and that cleaners have limited time, but my general impression is that cleaning is not as good now that Sykes has taken over the company. We have been going to No 7 since 2011 and the standard of cleaning does seem to have deteriorated. We love the apartment, with a few minor tweaks it would be perfect!

Cleaning team returned twice during our stay, once immediately following our arrival and once for a routine linen change + requested emergency cleanup of the tumble dryer, but their visit were very brief on both occasions and made little impact as both teams had quite obviously been inadequately briefed. We have submitted extensive photographic evidence of the multiple issues we identified to your property services department, and have submitted a formal complaint.
