Modern, well-equipped apartment with fabulous river views.
Emily's is a beautiful, refurbished apartment located along Lower Contour Road in Kingswear, South Devon. The apartment is perfectly situated within the village offering Guests one private designated car parking space at the rear of the apartment building. As you walk down the steps from the parking space there is a balcony by the front door. At the front of the apartment you'll be greeted with a gorgeous view of the River Dart and you will be able to enjoy a lovely glass of wine at the end of the day making the most of 'the Sunny side' (locals joke). The apartment has two double bedrooms, an open plan living/kitchen and dining room and a family bathroom with walk in shower cubicle.
Size: Sleeps 4, 2 x bedrooms.Beds: 2 x Double beds.Rooms: 2 x bedrooms, 1 x bathroom, kitchen/living/dining room.Kitchen and Utilities: Electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, microwave. Entertainment: Wifi, smart TV.Outside: Balcony with glass balustrade, table and 4 chairs, views of Dart River and Waterhead Creek. There is also a patio at front of the property with a table and 2 chairs.Parking: Provided in the private designated right hand space on road level signed with a number 3 on the railings, please note that there are 25 steep steps to access the front door of the building.General: Electric heating, no smoking, linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.Pets: Two dogs allowed.
