Kingswear is a beautiful village with plenty of walks for you to explore as well as benefiting from being so close to Dartmouth. There is a ferry that goes backwards and forward throughout the day that will take you to Dartmouth where you can find local shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

A lovely week exploring a beautiful and interesting area. Genista was a great base, convenient for ferries, walking and restaurants alike. The house was warm and comfortable and we loved watching dawn emerge over the estuary listening to the birds, and then the twinkling lights of Dartmouth come dark. The parking space was JUST doable for our estate car, but fine once we got the hang of it. Thanks for a fantastic stay.
