Due to the open stairway, Sorley Barn is not recommended for children under five, further clarification can be provided if needed.

Downstairs, the barn offers three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a study.

Each bed is equipped with John Lewis goose, duck, and down duvets, firm mattresses, and cotton bedding.

Bedroom 1: with 4ft 6inch double bed,  chest of drawers, hanging rail.

Ensuite bathroom with a shower, basin with vanity unit, heated towel rail, WC.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each Twin bedrooms with 3ft beds, hanging space, and drawers.

Family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, vanity unit, heated towel rail, WC.

A glass door from the main corridor leads to the garden.

The study, also located off the corridor, is the perfect space for those wishing to keep in touch and is equipped with a desk, chair, sofa, and wall-mounted smart TV, providing a flexible space for work or relaxation.

The utility room, accessible via steps from the main corridor, includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ample space for coats and boots, with a door leading to the garden.

There is also a cloakroom with a WC and washbasin.

A hot and cold hose outside the utility room is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Outside

Sorley Barn's garden is a highlight, covering 1/4 acre and featuring a gated gravel drive with parking for at least four cars.

Outside the kitchen doors, a seating area with sofas, stools, a dining table, and a parasol offers a perfect spot for evening relaxation with views of the valley. A gas BBQ is also available in the gravelled area.

The garden meanders in two directions, with steps leading to a lower garden with pretty borders and a lawn. A five-bar gate from the gravelled area leads to a second garden area with a sloping lawn and spectacular valley views. Fruit bushes and a mini orchard are available for guests to enjoy when in season.
