The property offers a comfortable stay with a well-equipped setup and a convenient location, though some guests noted minor issues with maintenance and bed sizes.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the property clean and comfortable. However, one review mentioned it was not the cleanest, suggesting room for improvement in this area.

The location is generally praised for being good and quiet, with one review highlighting the proximity to Northsands and the town. The uphill walk is noted, but not seen as a significant drawback.

The property is described as cosy and comfortable, with a well-equipped setup. However, concerns about bed sizes and the coldness of an en-suite shower room suggest that comfort could be enhanced in some areas.

Facilities are mostly appreciated, especially the parking and garden. Nonetheless, issues like a non-working outside light and a faulty iron indicate that some facilities require attention.

Guests frequently mention and appreciate the welcome gifts, including Prosecco and dog biscuits, which add a personal touch to their stay. It's important to note that such gestures, while common, are not guaranteed.

Sink was blocked in both bathrooms and the parking situation wasn’t good. You have stated there is allocated parking for the house but we had to park on double yellow lines throughout the whole week. Cars were not parked correctly and didn’t move the whole week so we were forced to park on doubleyellows all the time. Not great on holiday worrying about getting parking tickets but the flat itself and where it’s situated was perfect.

Location was fine as was the parking. The double bed could do with replacing and although we didn’t use the second bedroom the headboards on the single beds were not good, quite dirty.
