Resting upon the outskirts of the bustling coastal town of Salcombe in Devon is 14 St Elmo Court, a contemporary ground-floor apartment. Enjoying views across North Sands, possible to appreciate from the private balcony, a convenient location to a host of shops, eateries, attractions, and the beach, and offering use of a communal swimming pool, the apartment welcomes four guests for a seascape. Park up in the off-road parking space and make your way up the exterior steps to reach the entrance of 14 St Elmo Court, making your way through to the light-flooded sitting room; relax upon the plush sofas with the gas fire alight and the Smart TV on for entertainment, whilst enjoying direct vistas from the balcony. Venture into the sleek kitchen where you'll find all expected appliances to assist your self-catered stay, possible to rustle up delicious meals, ready to enjoy around the four-seater dining table. If you'd prefer an alfresco affair, discover the enclosed rear patio, offering a private setting whilst the stars begin to appear overhead. Once you're ready for bed, locate the two well-presented bedrooms, including a super-king-size (zip/link) and a king-size with en-suite bathroom, also serviced by a spacious shower room. Come morning, enjoy a coffee whilst planning your itinerary, starting off with a stroll across North Sands beach, an afternoon of pretty blooms and views at Overbeck's Garden, a hike across East Soar Nature Reserve, or the chance to try your hand at some water sports. Salcombe is a haven for shoppers and foodies with many independent boutiques, delicatessans, and eateries. You can make your own gin at the Salcombe Gin distillary, savour Salcombe Dairy's ice cream and speciality chocolate, all the while enjoying the unrivalled coastal scenery. Experience all of this, and more, at 14 St Elmo Court.
Salcombe, which was previously a significant harbour, is a well-liked holiday spot for families and walkers. North Sands and South Sands, two lovely beaches, are close by. Further away is the National Trust property Overbeck's, where you may stroll through the subtropical gardens. Why not spend an exciting day and try out some of the water sports the estuary has to offer, including kayaking, surfing, or a more leisurely boat trip? Take advantage of the locally sourced seafood that is provided in many of the restaurants, bars, cafés, and delicatessens when visiting Salcombe. With a handful of sandy beaches, charming towns with thatched cottages, and wonderful walking options, including the South West Coast route, Devon's southernmost point offers some breath-taking scenery and picturesque vistas.
