A little cottage which needs a lot of love, care and maintenance though. The bathroom seriously needs updating: inadequate power in the over head shower, warped and inadequate laminate flooring, a fabric shower curtain reclaimed from the 1980s. The kitchen storage is fine and well equipped however, the work surface is black, mouldy around the sink area and is off putting to prepare food in. The skirting board below the oven is stuck on with cello tape. The front and back garden need maintenance, itâs unwelcoming and uncared for with a very dangerous, broken, wrought iron gate which could seriously injure someoneâs hand. A little time and maintenance would transform this property nonetheless, it transpires that the owners are only interested in the revenue the property makes, there is no investment into the property or the holiday makers who spend their well earned money to be there.
