Set in the heart of Salcombe, with views from the open-plan living room out over the colourful town, towards the estuary, is 1 Lyndhurst. This superb apartment offers one-bedroom accommodation for a couple looking to explore the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Entrance is gained through the communal hallway and to the left you will find your modern-style holiday let welcoming you into a stylish interior. The living room offers two plush leather sofas for you to sink into after a long walk along the South West Coast path, as well as a well-appointed kitchen providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rustle up a romantic meal using the electric cooker and eat together by candlelight over a delicious bottle of wine. Relax an afternoon away and take in the pleasant scenery presented before you or delve into your favourite book as the soothing décor uplifts your mood. After an evening out at one of Salcombe's restaurants, where you can try an assortment of tasty seafood, return to rest in the king-size bedroom. You also have a lavish bathroom to wake up to each morning, finished in all-white. Outside is off-road parking and access to the town within a few minutes walk.
