Lee Cottage is a charming Grade II cottage, set in the very heart of the picturesque South Devon village of Stokenham. This two-storey, semi-detached accommodation has been extensively renovated and refurbished to a very good standard throughout, sleeping up to four people.
Well located, there are two pubs just a short walk away, and Stokeley Farm shop, deli and café/restaurant are a mile or so from the cottage. Also nearby is the village of Torcross, with its intriguing history, unspoiled shingle beach and national nature reserve. The South West Coast Path is also easily accessible, and with beaches galore, there is so much to see and do!
The accommodation comprises a delightful galley kitchen, and a cosy sitting/dining room, complete with painted ceiling beams and a wood burning stove. Also on the ground floor is a recently refurbished family bathroom. A lovely oak staircase rises to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double with a King-size bed. An additional day bed is available for an extra toddler on request. Bedroom two is a twin room with two wooden framed single beds.
If you are looking to enjoy as much of the South Devon sunshine as possible, there is a garden just down a cobbled path and over a very quiet lane from the cottage. The property also benefits from off-road parking for one car.
The property and location are ideal for a young family or couple looking for good quality accommodation within quick, easy access of the village, and only a short drive to the Start Bay coastline and beaches.
