There is an additional large utility room with further sink, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, drying rack and iron, plus ample storage for garden and sports equipment and a perfect space for drying off soggy dogs or children.

Master bedroom with beautiful high beamed ceilings, 5ft king sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. En suite bathroom with rainfall shower over bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Bedroom 2 with 3ft bunk beds, wardrobe with drawers underneath.
Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft single beds, chest of drawers and hanging hooks
Family Shower room with walk in shower cubicle, basin, shaver socket, WC.

Lawn and paved patio area edged with hedging and low stone walls, leading to the open paved driveway. Garden table and chairs, charcoal barbecue.

Private parking on open paved driveway for one car. Ample visitor parking in courtyard square as available.
