Make your way into the lounge/diner to relax together in front of the Smart TV and to open the doors on to the deck and garden in warmer weather. There is also a table in here to gather round at mealtimes. The bedrooms at the property include a king-size and a twin. The family wet room features an accessible, walk-in shower. Soak up the sunshine out on the deck during the spring and summer months. There is also a lawned garden with ramp access.

Head into Dawlish to potter in its colourful shops and find places to dine out. Spend time on the sandy beach here and make the most of all the traditional seaside attractions, as well as the Lawn, with its brook and space for picnics. Catch a train along the South Devon Railway from Dawlish to Exeter or to Newton Abbot to enjoy the fabulous coastal views. Have a day out in Torquay, 10 miles away, where there is an array of attractions to visit, including a model village and Dinosaur World.
