Positioned next to the owner’s home seperately accessed via an internal staircase. It is a superb base for a couple wanting to explore this charming town and the wonderful coast of Devon. Expressing quality in a contemporary fashion, discover the open-plan living area where you can relax on the sumptuous sofa and admire the undisturbed sea views, or take advantage of the Smart TV for all your favourite on-demand entertainment. There is also a small kitchenette area with some basic appliances however Dawlish is home to a variety of cafés and superb restaurants covering a range of tastes and preferences. As the night rolls in, head to the generous super king-size bedroom, which can be twin beds on request, to catch up on your sleep, dressed with crisp white sheets and occupying an open style wardrobe for your clothes. Completing the interior of this Dawlish apartment is the shower room, elegantly designed with grey tiling and a large walk-in shower with rainfall and hand-held shower. Walkers can explore along the South West Coast Path, criss-crossing through a series of delightful towns and villages, while cyclists may prefer the 3,500 acre Haldon Hills Forest Park, just over ten-miles away. For days out, visit Exeter with its memorial museum and gothic cathedral, Exmouth for access to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, Powderham Castle boasts an annual 80's themed music festival. Easy access to walks along the sea wall and the South West Coast path. Bus stop right outside the door and local trains on the famous English Riviera line if you don't want to use your car. Really enjoyed our stay.
