Wide French doors lead out onto a delightful, whitewashed courtyard with table and chairs and potted palms and ferns. Upstairs, the three bedrooms – two doubles and a twin - are of the same high standard with dark wood floors and fabulous furnishings. The two bathrooms are stunning, with marble and stone tiles, standalone sinks and showers with glass screens.

The property is in the heart of Shaldon village, sitting between the green & The Clipper Café and beach. Shaldon is a quaint little fishing town, sitting opposite Teignmouth at the mouth of the River Teign – which is easily reachable on one of the regular ferries so you can explore further afield. Teignmouth also offers rail links to cities such as Devon and Plymouth if you want to explore a little further afield. Shaldon is a great place for walking too with the South West Coast Path offering some fabulous coastal strolls right from the doorstep. Follow one of the nature trails, do a spot of bird watching on the river or try your hand at one of the water sports on offer. Golfing enthusiasts will enjoy the 18-hole golf course, the charming local conservation zoo is a must, as are the fabulous beaches and the Homeyards Botanical Gardens.
