Lovely, well-equipped, peaceful lodge to relax and unwind in. Our family all enjoyed sitting in the hot tub, looking at the lovely view. Feel re-charged.

oakwood lodge...very smart tidy lodges lots of room bar the heated towel rail by the loo!! ouch. proper central heating through out plus a log burner for cosy nights .cant fault this lodge

The lodge was very clean on our arrival. Even tho it is situated on a busy road we didn’t find any road noise a problem. It is in a great location for visiting our villages & towns. There was everything we needed in the kitchen area & very comfortable beds.The hot tub did need some repairs tho, as the lights didn’t work in the hot tub for the evenings. Some other little bits also needed some TLC which is the only reason I slightly marked it down.
