The location is highly regarded due to its proximity to the beach, shops, and public transport, although parking difficulties and external noise are occasionally mentioned.

View over the car park not great... Obviously recently done up, neat and tidy. Small but OK for 2 people (shower cubicle rather small for 6ft bloke!). Could be better equipped - eg bin in the bathroom and we had to go and buy dishcloths. Really needs somewhere to hang wet coats! And ideally somewhere to put shoes to stop treading sand into the carpet - we tried to find the vacuum as per the instructions but it wasn't there... Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Spotlessly clean. Everything provided including bed linen and towels. Would highly recommend.
