After days in the surf, the open-plan living space is perfect for relaxing and for catching up with fellow guests from the comfort of the sofa. Keep your chef company or lend a helping hand before tucking into feasts together. The small courtyard is great for al fresco drinks as the sun goes down or if there’s a chill in the air you can settle inside and enjoy film nights on the smart TV. A pair of bedrooms will whisk you off to sleep so you wake feeling ready for a day on the beach.
Westward Ho! is the perfect destination for traditional bucket and spade beach days fuelled by fish and chips and local ice cream. Surf schools will have you riding waves into shore and the beach (within 1 mile) is patrolled by RNLI lifeguards during summer months so you can safely splash in the glittering sea before treating little ones to an afternoon in the arcades. For romantic retreats, follow the South West Coast Path toward the cobbled streets of Clovelly (12 miles) and take in the breathtaking views which reach across rugged headlands and the ocean. Westward Ho! is a spectacular sunset spot and there are places to enjoy delicious date night dinners too.
