In beautiful North Devon, near to the rugged shoreline at Hartland stands Berry House.

This large house with hot tub, has 10 bedrooms in total (2 on the ground floor), sleeping up to 24 guests - 4 of the bedrooms have en-suite bath/shower rooms, with a further 4 bathrooms. All are extremely comfortable, individually designed and a great mixture of traditional and contemporary.

The ground floor at Berry House has an inviting entrance hall with reception rooms leading off to both sides. There is a fantastic amount of space for a big group to really enjoy themselves, socialising and partying together, cooking and chatting together and making the most of all that Berry House has to offer.

There is a wonderfully elegant dining room with a huge table for dinner party celebrations, a well equipped, flag stone floored country kitchen and a separate breakfast room leading out to the terrace with barbecue and walled garden beyond.

We love the drawing room with its open fire and large sofas, just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the company of your friends. If you're feeling in the mood for fun there is table football and a pool table in the games room adjacent to a separate TV room. Venture outside and you'll also enjoy the games barn with 5 a side football, basketball and table tennis. Tucked within the walled garden overlooking the rolling countryside is the large, luxury hot tub, perfect for relaxing, whatever the weather.

North Devon has lots to offer whether you're staying for a weekend or a week. It has world renowned surfing beaches as well as lovely sandy stretches, perfect for a bucket and spade day. The coastal walking is spectacular and will be sure to blow the cobwebs away.

Apart from the beaches there are picture perfect, charming villages in North Devon to explore, a family friendly cycling route along the Tarka Trail and lots of family attractions like The Big Sheep to enjoy.
