This cosy first floor cottage apartment is a lovely space for a couple to stay and enjoy the delights of Devon. Once through the front door, The Loft is accessed via 14 steps where you will see a lovely open plan living area, a light and airy bedroom and a separate bathroom. To the outside, you can light the barbecue and enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on the private patio, or swim some lengths in the shared swimming pool. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 940753 and 940754, to sleep 14.
Holsworthy is a market town situated amid the rolling green hills of Tarka Country in Devon. Holsworthy has much to offer, including a swimming pool, tennis court, splendid park with bowling green, shops, pubs and cafes, as well as an 18-hole golf course just outside the town. Also in the area are fishing, sailing, cycling, walking and sandy beaches.

The location of the property was perfect for our family and in easy reach of everything we wanted to do. The Loft was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed.
