Owl Barn is a semi-detached barn conversion, resting within an idyllic farm location on the edge of Dartmoor in Devon. This truly charming property boasts an all ground floor accommodation, complete with luxury finishes to make the ideal break to a wonderful location. Through the wide doorway, the accessible property houses a contemporary, brightly decorated interior to provide a tranquil retreat. Here, you will find a cosy sitting room, where French doors open up to provide you with a sunny spot with far-reaching views across the valley toward Dartmoor and a lovely spot to linger with a book in the peace and quiet. A well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessities you will require throughout your stay. Moving through the property, you will find two well-presented bedrooms, comprising of two king size bedrooms, one of which can be converted to a twin. One bedroom with an en-suite. Second bathroom is equipped with a wet room/walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, you can relax with a glass of wine during a summer’s evening whilst appreciating the delightful countryside views. To gather your holiday supplies, you will find several local supermarkets within two miles of the property, and there is a popular pub situated just one and a half miles away serving food. This property is a fantastic base for outdoor activities with nearby walking and cycling routes including the Drake’s Trail, Brunel’s Genofen Tunnel and the Gem Bridge. The local stannary town of Tavistock is a short drive away, where you can browse the local panier market, walk the riverside or visit one the many cafes and restaurants.
