The entrance hall opens out onto the bright, comfortable lounge with a dining area and a newly fitted kitchen. The apartment accommodates up to five guests in two bedrooms. The master king-size bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the second bedroom has twin beds and a trundle single. There is also a separate family bathroom. Outside, the communal lawned garden surrounds the block access from No.8 is at the rear of the block from the kitchen where there is a seating area.
