Guests consistently praise '2 The Lookout' for its modern comforts, spaciousness, and convenient location close to amenities and the beach. The secure parking and well-equipped facilities contribute to a positive experience, although there are isolated mentions of maintenance issues and cleanliness oversights.
The majority of guests found the apartment to be clean and tidy. However, one review mentioned it felt like it had not been cleaned properly, which suggests a rare lapse in cleanliness standards.
The location is highly praised for being close to the town centre, beach, and local amenities, with the added benefit of sea views. The uphill walk from town is noted but does not detract significantly from the location's appeal.
Reviews frequently mention the comfort of the apartment, highlighting comfortable beds and a homely feel. The spaciousness and modernity of the apartment contribute to the overall comfort experienced by guests.
Facilities are generally regarded as great, with special mentions of the well-equipped kitchen and washing machine. However, some guests reported maintenance issues with the shower, tap, and parking space, indicating room for improvement.
There are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. As such, while the property is well-regarded, there is no evidence to assess the level of thoughtfulness in terms of gifts.

Mrs Siggers
Lovely apartment with a great view. Its a bit of an uphill walk from the town but manageable. It was lovely waking up to a sea view from the main bedroom. The apartment was well equipped and the furniture was lovely. The double bed was exceptionally comfortable. What we didn't like was that food from previous occupants had been left in the freezer and that the apartment felt like it had not been cleaned properly. However this might have been an off week having seen other reviews. Also we have stayed in many properties and this is the first where we were not left a welcome pack of milk etc. In the area we particularly like mcallisters for breakfast a s had a lovely couple of meals in Tawny's. It's a good idea to make reservations as it can be hard to find places to eat in the evening. Overall we gad a great stay.
