This lovely property has been decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout and is in a much sought after location. The spacious living area leads onto a small private patio area. The property is located on the ground floor and has the added benefit of an allocated parking space directly next to the patio area.
Swanage town center is a just a few minutes stroll down the road and offers plenty to do for both families and adults with a quirky mix of independent retailers, cafes and galleries. The beautiful sandy bay offers the ideal place to enjoy the sea with a variety of watersports and boat trips on offer.
