Suprisingly spacious timber holiday home with views from the pretty sun lounge towards Swanage Bay. Ideally located within walking distance of Swanage town centre and also just minutes away from the beach.
22 Ballard Estate is a wooden bungalow beautifully situated on the cliff overlooking Swanage Bay in Dorset.
This surprisingly spacious property which has lovely views of the bay towards Peveril Point is close to the beach and local shop and the attractions of Swanage town centre are just twenty minutes away.
The accommodation on offer makes this home the perfect place to spend time together planning what delights to experience on your break! From exploring the quaint seaside town of Swanage, to a more exhilarating experience braving the coastal paths winding along the limestone cliffs or taking in a cream tea in the shadow of Corfe Castle; there is something close by for everyone to enjoy!
