Guests say

Sunny Place in Swanage is a well-received apartment, praised for its modern amenities, secure courtyard, and off-street parking. Guests appreciate the thoughtful welcome pack, though it's not guaranteed. The location is convenient, albeit up a steep hill. Comfort is compromised by bed quality, but the property's cleanliness and spaciousness are commended.

The apartment is generally regarded as clean, with several positive comments on its condition. However, there are mentions of dusty crockery and a greasy oven tray, suggesting room for improvement in deep cleaning.

The location is frequently described as great, with easy access to the town centre. The hill's steepness is noted, which may be a consideration for those with mobility issues.

While the apartment is often described as lovely, multiple reviews criticise the beds for being uncomfortable, squeaky, and having thin mattresses, which affects the overall comfort level.

There is insufficient information to accurately score the facilities and maintenance as a whole. While some guests mention well-equipped kitchens and secure parking, specific references to maintenance issues are limited to beds and minor appliance concerns.

Guests are charmed by the welcome pack, which includes items like scones, jam, and clotted cream. However, as these gifts are not consistently mentioned, they should be considered a delightful bonus rather than an expectation.

Sunny Place is a modern, newly built two bedroom apartment located within walking distance to Swanage town centre and beach. This ground floor apartment has been finished to a high standard with contemporary and tasteful furnishing throughout. The main living space is 'L' shaped, with a shaker style kitchen and solid wood kitchen island, highlighted by pendant lights hanging from the ceiling above. It would have been nice to know that access was via very steep hills which is hard for people with a disability or an age, My wife and i could not walk to the town or the pier. When a repair was completed on our second day we were left keys which did not fit the two gates which was a nuisance. .
