We didnât use the rooms upstairs. BUT A king size bed needs king size bedding, not just double size. The fan in the shower room did not work. The worktop lights in the kitchen did not work. We never found out how to turn on the hob fan and lights. The drawer containing the manuals needs to be organised for easy reference, and broken equipment discarded. There were no spare keys. The drive access is a problem which could ruin many holidays. Rights of way carry responsibilities, which seem to be ignored by tradesmen and others who might not understand the concept. A friendly, respectful, patient approach to the neighbours by the owner might yield benefits in restoring relations. Our strong suggestion is that the owner should create a new access from the road on the other side of the tree. The right of way could then be cancelled or bought out by the neighbours.

Spacious, very clean and comfortable. Excellent position for access to Lulworth Cove and other tourist spots. The short walking distance to several really good at pubs and restaurants is a big plus too! We had a lovely two week stay.

The conversion of the chapel is beautifully done and all of the furniture is of very good quality. The location is excellent and itâs a nice to stay in as it is to explore the local area which has a lot to offer with something for every interest. Weâll certainly be booking again. Some of the bedding was a little tired - Iâll bring a pillow or two next time. But this didnât stop of from having a lovely stay!
