Linton Cottage is a semi-detached property located on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Abbotsbury at the foot of Linton Hill. The property fronts the main coastal road offering the advantage of being able to access the Dorset Coastal Path from the stile alongside the cottage. Views from the lounge across the fields to St Catherine's Chapel are beautiful. The property is surrounded by lovely countryside. Homemade Dorset Apple Cake is on sale next door so you won't need to stray far from your door to sample some culinary Dorset delights! The village of Abbotsbury offers two locals pubs, a butcher's farm shop and numerous other small shops. The famous Abbotsbury Swannery with sweeping views along Chesil beach and the Fleet lagoon make for a perfect day out and fantastic picnic venue. The keen angler can cast a rod from the Chesil beach where mackerel and flat fish are in abundance during their seasons.

Large lounge/diner with coal effect open flame gas fire. 1st floor: Bedroom 1, double 4 poster bed, ensuite shower room, hand basin and toilet.
