Guests consistently praise the apartment's cleanliness, convenient location near the harbour, and the inclusion of a welcome pack. The property is described as comfortable, well-equipped, and benefits from covered parking and a lift. While some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvement are noted, the overall experience is very positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

The property is frequently described as clean and tidy, with several guests highlighting its cleanliness as a positive aspect. One guest mentioned that the windows were stained by sea gulls, but this seems to be an isolated comment rather than a common concern.

The location is highly praised for being close to the beach, harbour, and local amenities. It is considered an excellent base for exploring Dorset and is appreciated for its convenience and proximity to attractions.

The majority of guests find the apartment comfortable, with a comfortable bed and good living space. However, there are comments about the suitability for four adults and a specific complaint about a bunk bed mattress, which suggests room for improvement in sleeping arrangements for some guests.

The apartment is well-equipped and guests appreciate the covered parking and lift. Some minor maintenance issues are mentioned, such as a tricky toilet flush and the need for a handyman, which slightly detract from the overall high standard of facilities.

Guests warmly mention the welcome pack, which includes items like coffee, sweets, and milk. It is noted as a thoughtful touch, enhancing the arrival experience. However, it is important to note that such gifts, while appreciated, are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

The double glazing was not fit for purpose. The road noise was horrendous, especially at weekends due to the motorbikes constantly revving up as they rode by.. Cars were noisy even after 11pm, therefore we had a disrupted week of sleeping. On Friday 18th evening a constant sound in the strong wind was the cafe bellows sign banging against the wall. This is not the place to go if you want a quiet relaxing holiday by the sea.! Do not take any notice of directions to car park.should be left not right!

The mattress on the bottom bunk was the most uncomfortable ever. Comfort was eased by putting the top bunk mattress on top of the other mattress but was still unsatisfactory as it meant I banged my head every time I wanted to get out of bed! There is room for twin beds in the second bedroom so suggest the bunk beds are replaced with one bed under the window & the second along the wall opposite the TV. If the bunk beds were replaced with single beds (with decent mattresses), I would consider returning as the location was perfect, especially with under cover parking. There were stains on the dining room chairs and the sofa. The windows were filthy. We liked the large sofa.
