The property is a perfect base from which to explore Dorset's famous Coast and Countryside. West Bay is recently famous as the setting of the television series Broadchurch. Other popular destinations such as Weymouth or Lyme Regis can be accessed easily by car and nearby Burton Bradstock has a beach as well as the very popular Hive Beach Cafe. Slightly further afield is the seaside town of Charmouth where you will find the Jurassic Heritage Centre. There is easy access to the South West Coast Path which runs along this stretch of stunning coastline and the region offers opportunities for fossil hunting, walking, fishing and many other activities.
